Since I didn't have any Spring Roll wrappers I used lettuce.
Ingredients:
Lettuce
Shrimp (cook them first)
Cucumber
Rice Vermicelli (cook it first)
Take lettuce, put all other ingredients on top. Dip into Peanut Dipping sauce. I used the sauce recipe on this page: http://www.tinyurbankitchen.com/2009/07/vietnamese-spring-rolls.html
Trust me, this is flippin GOOD!

Hi again!
Thinking of starting up this blog again... geez haven't wrote anything on here since 2008. The blog before this (on livejournal) was I think 2006. I figure it would be better to speak my mind on a blog then drive people nuts on facebook. I am definitely an acquired taste. Since I'm starting this up again, I might as well give an introduction.
My name is Manda, I'm in my early 20's. I enjoy being around animals and helping with 4-H. I can't stand ARAs and those that are against farming and raising animals for food. My favorite animal is the guinea pig and favorite color is neon green. I sew, knit, crochet, and bake/cook. I am gluten free and soy free (allergic to both soy and wheat, gluten intolerance), sensitive/probably intolerant to dairy, but I still eat/drink it. Don't really have a favorite food. I'm an acquired taste, very blunt, and straight edge. I LOVE red hair and into organic/natural foods and natural/organic health/beauty products. I don't draw often anymore, but when I do, it's centered around fashion. My favorite show is Castle and I don't have a number 1 favorite movie. I don't have an absolute favorite song or band/singer. I love watching Japanese, Korean, and Taiwanese dramas and movies. Favorites being, Hana Yori Dango (Japan), Hana Kimi (both Taiwan and Japan [not the 2011 version]) and Mars (Taiwan). I'm LDS and not afraid to say it and would love to one day get married in the Salt Lake City Temple (or any gorgeous Temple).
This is just about all I'm going to say for now.

Baby Bunnies
I have more baby bunnies. They were born around 11 pm on Sunday. Yay! Now there are 12 babies. I'm crocheting my first amigurumi. Its Mr. Funky but I'm changing him into a panda bear. This month is AWESOME! Sarah Jane Adventures and Doctor Who are coming onto the Sci-fi channel soon! This month is also the sheep thing in Puyallup. Exciting exciting exciting. Sweeney Todd is out on DVD tomorrow. So getting it. I hate having to wait 7 months for Harry Potter: The Half Blood Prince to come out. Oh well I guess I'll live. I'm hungry, so guess I'll go bye bye!
